Our Commitment to You

Every Nexus Luxora piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you when you place your order. This means your garment is never sitting in a warehouse. It is built with intention. That process takes time, and we want you to understand exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment it arrives at your door.

Production Time

Before your order ships, it enters production. All Nexus Luxora items are print-on-demand and require 2–5 business days to produce. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Your total delivery window = Production time + Shipping time.

Example: A U.S. order using Standard shipping will arrive in approximately 7–12 business days from purchase (2–5 days production + 5–7 days shipping).

• United States — for domestic U.S. orders where available

The fulfillment origin is automatically selected for the fastest available option for your location.

Tracking

Tracking number sent by email once your order ships. No tracking within 7 business days? Email gabbaugg@gmail.com with your order number.

International Orders — Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These are outside our control and are not included in your order total. Check with your local customs office before ordering if you have questions.

Lost or Delayed Packages

No tracking movement for 10+ business days, or package not arrived within the maximum window? Email gabbaugg@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

Nexus Luxora is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier errors, natural events, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Double-check your address before completing your order.
